INFOKU, BLORA –At the end of last year, the mineral and coal (Minerba) excavated C tax amounted to IDR 329 million.
This year, the Blora Regency Government is only targeting Rp. 200 million to enter local revenue (PAD).
There are only three licensed mining locations and miners are obliged to reclamation.
Blora Slamet Pamudji, Head of Revenue, Financial Management and Regional Assets Agency (BPPKAD), targets that mineral and coal tax revenues can contribute Rp. 200 million in PAD.
This amount is considered rational when referring to last year's end-of-year revenue of Rp 329 million.
"We urge parties to have an obligation, don't forget to pay the non-metal mineral and rock (MBLB) tax for the regions," he said.
Mumuk said that until April this year revenues had reached around Rp. 61 million.
The details are from the mine site in Sambeng, Todanan District, amounting to IDR 51.3 million or around 84 percent. From partners of IDR 9.8 million.
Based on data per year, mineral and coal tax revenues have experienced ups and downs.
In 2020, mineral and coal tax receipts to regional specialties reached IDR 328.7 million.
Meanwhile, in 2021 it will decrease to IDR 296.7 million. And it will increase again in 2022 to reach IDR 329 million.
Only Three Miners Have Permits
It turned out that last year's lime mining activity in Blora, there were only three miners who had permits. Namely in Prigi Village and Sambeng Village, Todanan District.
" Another one is in Kapuan Village, Cepu District, they have pocketed an IUP," said Head of Geology, Minerals and Coal Branch of the South Kendeng Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Office Hadi Susanto.
Hadi explained that there were quite a lot of mining applications, with 16 applicants recorded. Among them are the submission process and some are still in the exploration stage.

"The filing process is long, it takes a long process," he explained.
Regarding miners' obligations, Hadi explained that besides paying taxes for the area, they are also obliged to reclamation after the mining process is complete. His party claims that the three miners of excavation C have complied with the regulation.
" Everyone complies with reclamation, usually after excavation is complete they repair the planting and improve the environment, the ecosystem around the mine," he said. (Endah / IST )
