INFOKU, BLORA - Hundreds of health workers (Nakes) were appointed and sworn in by the Regent of Blora as functional officials for the formation of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK), Thursday (27/4/2023).
Taking place in the courtyard of the Blora District Health Office, the inauguration ceremony was also witnessed by the Deputy Regent, the Head of the Regional Civil Service Agency, and the Head of the Health Service.
The inauguration was led by the Regent by first reading the Decree on Taking the Oath of Functional Position of PPPK Formation 2022 Health Workers.
Followed by taking the oath accompanied by clergy, and signing the work agreement.
Regent Arief Rohman, in his speech, was pleased to be able to inaugurate PPPK for the formation of health workers.
He wants the PPPK that was inaugurated this time to be an example in providing the best service to the community.

"I feel happy to be able to inaugurate and take the functional oath of office for as many as 215 PPPK Health Workers of the 2022 formation. Today also signed a work contract with the Blora Regency Government. Congratulations on joining ASN in Blora Regency," said Regent Arief.
According to the Regent, being an ASN means being bound by the regulations of the ASN Law. So that all behavior must be controlled so as not to violate the applicable rules.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Regional Civil Service Agency, Heru Eko Wiyono, in his report said that the number of health workers appointed as PPPK this time was 215 people. Coming from various professions.
"The most appointed nurses were 84 people, followed by midwives 68 people, followed by medical recorders 11 people, dental therapists, doctors, pharmacists each 6 people. The rest are nutritionists, pharmacist assistants, sanitarians, health promotion workers, radiographers and others," said Heru Eko Wiyono.
But actually there were 250 formations opened. But only 215 passed the selection and met the requirements. So there are still 35 vacant formations.

The most vacant nutritionists are 8 vacancies, pharmacists and electromedical personnel 4 vacancies each, pharmacist assistants and dentists each vacant 3 vacancies.
"Then general practitioners, anesthesiologists, psychologists each have 2 empty formations, and others," continued Heru.
According to him, the vacancy in this formation will be submitted again for the opening of PPPK the following year.
He will also coordinate with BPPKAD to ensure the ability of the regional budget to pay for PPPK formations which will be proposed the following year.
Rachman Ramadhana, one of the PPPK Health Workers who had just been inaugurated and signed the work agreement in front of the Regent, expressed his happiness. Because finally he was able to return to his hometown and devote himself to society.
“Last December I was still in Sawahlunto, West Sumatra, working at one of the Puskesmas there. Had met the Regent and Deputy Regent during a working visit to the Mayor of Sawahlunto. At that time I asked for his prayers so that I could return to Blora. Thank God, PPPK is now being accepted at the Randublatung Health Center. Previously I did take this formation, but I took the CAT exam from Padang," he said. (Setyorini/KOM)
