INFOKU, BLORA – Finally the land in Wonorejo, Cepu District, began to be measured yesterday (1/2).
However, the Blora National Land Agency (BPN) has not been able to confirm that the area has been worked on. Previously, residents needed certainty about land that had become buildings and public places.
Head of BPN Blora Tunggal Land Legal Relations Head Cahyadi explained the land measurement process in Wonorejo.
However, it does not provide a definite picture of the amount of land measured.
"There are no numbers yet, we will inform you when it's finished," he said.
The land area of around 81.8350 hectares has many residents' houses and public buildings standing.
Previously, during the visit of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ART/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto in October 2022, he requested that the ownership status of the land remain unclear to be completed with an initial target of completion in 2023.
Residents who want property rights are promised usufructuary rights that are limited for years and can be extended. The legal certainty of the ownership of the people's land, which has lasted for years, was only measured in early February this year.
Wonorejo Advocacy Coordinator Lukito confirmed that land surveying is being carried out.

The Head of Cepu Budiman sub-district explained that the land measurement was carried out by BPN, so he did not know for sure the area of land being measured.
Also, there were no complaints or complaints from residents throughout last year until the measurement process.
