MY INFO. BLORA – The Association of Non-Permanent Teachers and Non-Permanent Employees (Progata) of Blora Regency demanded welfare during an audience with the local education office (disdik).
They were represented by 10 program delegates met by the Head of the Blora Education Office.
They demand about salary. It is known that the salary is obtained from a combination of school operational assistance (BOS) and the Blora regional budget. The amount of BOS funds depends on the number of students in each school.
The Head of the Disdik Teacher and Education Personnel Division (Kabid) Mujo Sugiyono said the salary mechanism for Progata was regulated by the Regent Regulation (Perbup) Number 48 of 2022.
"If you want to change it, it means you have to change the regional government regulation," he explained. He continued, changes to regional government regulations would take a long time.

"We accept their aspirations, but we have to be patient first. Not that short,''he said.
Mujo added, there must be discussion between the district government's regional government budget team (TAPD) and the DPRD's budget agency (banggar).
"It must be registered before the fiscal year begins," he explained.
Progata's demands, according to him, must be considered because they include welfare.
"It's still less than feasible because the funds were obtained from collaboration funds. They want the original funds from the regional budget only,''he explained.
Abdul Mukaror, one of the school guards, including temporary employees, complained that his future fate was unclear.

He asked for health insurance, including family. If there is no clarity, he will try to find another job, considering the many needs that must be met.
“We also have a family to support,''he lamented.
Previously, they had a hearing with the local DPRD.
"There have been many years of service with unreasonable salaries in order to obtain the status of the state civil apparatus (ASN)," he said. ( Endah / IST )
