INFOKU, BLORA –The perpetratorsof theft, specialists in Beat motorbikes,have finally been uncovered byUnit of the Blora Police, Central Java Regional Police.
Two people were arrested with evidence of money, brown jackets, vehicle registration and 10 motorbikes.
This was conveyed by Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Blora Police AKP Supriyono, Tuesday (3/1/2023) afternoon at the Blora Police Headquarters.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Supriyono, explained that the perpetrator entered the office or school yard.
Based on information from the Satreskrim community, they managed to uncover the perpetrators of theft in offices and schools.
"The perpetrator entered the office or school yard, wearing a brown jacket," explained the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit.
The number of perpetrators, continued Kasat AKP Supriyono, was two people, namely one picker and one person as a seller.
"The perpetrators were smart, because they tried to break up their actions, namely pickers and sellers," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Blora Police.
Kasat further explained that the perpetrator's mode was relatively new and sophisticated, by removing the motorbike's key and then connecting it with a songket along with the key that had been modified by the perpetrator, affixed to the beat to be stolen.
"It took less than 15 minutes for the Beat motorbike to turn on," said Head of Unit AKP Supriyono.
It should be noted that the evidence and 10 Beat motorbikes are still complete at the Blora Police Headquarters, and the perpetrator's sentence is seven years in prison, added the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit.
"Selling the proceeds of crime through social media or online," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Blora Police.
Meanwhile, one of the perpetrators admitted to committing this theft because of economic problems. One motorbike sells for around IDR 4 million. (Setyorini/ IST )
