HGB Has Not Guaranteed Not To Be Evicted, Wonorejo Residents Again Ask For Certainty Of Ownership

 

INFOKU, Cepu, BLORA – After forming a legal review team, the Blora Regency Government asked the sub-district and village heads to verify population data.

Lukito, the coordinator of the advocacy team for the Wonorejo Region, revealed that after the meeting with the minister, several representatives from the district government came.

"There will be another meeting scheduled, the community actually still wants the status of the land to become property rights," he explained.

He continued, the community itself had time to discuss after the minister's visit.

Because from the analysis carried out when it became a building use right (HGB), the consequences for the residents were too severe. 

"Because it is related to the matter of the transfer of rights, for example today the right to use, the process of transferring ownership rights is still long," he said.

Lukito explained, the community does not want to be complicated regarding the legal certainty of land ownership.

Because the HGB cannot guarantee that residents will not be evicted if there are projects in the future.

Meanwhile, the Camat Cepu Budiman when confirmed regarding data collection has not yet responded.

Previously, starting Monday (10/10), the sub-district head and several village heads in the Cepu sub-district were asked by the Regent to confirm population data and the number of buildings in the Wonorejo area (Wonorejo, Jatirejo, Sarirejo, Tegalrejo).
