INFOKU, BLORA – Incentives are disbursed to businesses, transportation, and other sub-sectors as an effort to prevent an increase in inflation in the regions.
The budget value is around Rp 5 billion, the progress of the work currently reaches 80 percent.
Head of Infrastructure, Regional, Economic and Natural Resources of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Blora Mulyadi explained that inflation is a priority issue for the district government to work on. Several programs have been launched involving six regional apparatus organizations (OPD).
"The Secretary of the Regional Secretary's appeal to accelerate the handling of inflation, so that absorption is accelerated," he explained.
Mulyadi explained, specifically for handling inflation, a fund of around Rp 5 billion was prepared.
It is estimated that absorption reaches 80 percent of the six OPDs mandated.
Regarding monitoring, his party routinely evaluates once a week. "Every OPD reports progress once a week," he explained.

Head of the Regional Secretariat for the Economy and Natural Resources (Setda) Blora Sugeng Sumarno said that handling the impact of regional inflation was left to each OPD.
Several activities were carried out such as providing incentives for business actors, social assistance to urban villages, and transportation facilities.
Regarding the calculation of the inflation rate in the regions, he admitted that he did not know for sure. "From the economy, only coordinators are given to each OPD to handle these funds," he explained. (Endah/ IST )
